My comment: IDIOTS! They are pandering to panic!
According to the article this will save us exactly 70,000 barrels per day.
THE USA USES 22,000,000 BARRELS PER DAY AND 9,000,000 OF THAT IS GASOLINE!
This will solve nothing. We need to change as I've commented before. Dump the SUV's and Hummers, Minivans and F150's - hell even a Honda Accord will do ya no good.
